Hello I know I am slightly new, but I am having problems with releasing and renewing my IP as Windows states the RPC server is unavailable, (Sometimes I have problems getting a good connection / signal with my ISP as I am on wireless)

But in other words, how do I make it available?

Hmm... First thing I'd do (it may not help, but nevertheless) is open services.msc and check if my Remote Procedure Call service was running.

Yea it is but I do wonder what other services are dependent on it.

I accidently disabled this on the server running this site... Put it this way I couldn't get into it again and had to get a KVM switch from the datacenter hooked up to get into it.

yes it's the same. I decided to write the internal name, because I'm using a german Windows at the moment and don't know how it is named on an English Windows.

You can reenable RPC service from Recovery Console.
It is the same procedure for any Critical Service :)
