I don't think the endorsement of or talking about of those kinds of illegal sites is allowed here.

it is a torrent tracker aggrigator. So things from thepiratebay.org, demonoid, etc are all listed there

Also, torrents don't imply piracy. For instance, OpenBSD is free, but they don't provide the iso's. Someone is legally permitted to construct an ISO and release it.

Stop modding.

BTW: ISOHunt (or demonoid when ISOHunt has too many fakes)

not all BT sites are illegal
personally I like The Pirate Bay.
They aint the best for what they have. They're the best because of what they do
and Demonoid... I don't use it often though... I think I only have like 3GB from there...
and funfile... but that's mainly illegal stuff...
and I use torrentz.com to search for other stuff...
I have a 3:1+ ratio in azureus

Discussion is not encouraged since most torrenting is illigal.

Yes, but in this case we are talking about torrent trackers that give us illegal files. Not things like linux torrents. Yes there are legal torrents on those site but most of it is illegal

Anyways I like mininova, demonoid and thepiratebay. I would kill for an oink account but sadly my internet connection wouldn't be appropriate for the seeding of files 256kbs/64kbs.

I use Torrentz, since it indexes the most important sites.

I would love to question that.

I seccond that, as I strongly dislike OpenOffice, seeing as I can get Office 2007 for $20 legally.

true featurewise Office might have more..
but Openoffice is easier, free, faster and can open almost everything..
but this isn't really something you can argue. If you grew up with Office, you like office. If you grew up with OO (me), then you'll like OO...

Google is a webhost.

Notice the little * at the end of my sentence? And then notice the " *unless you use the new webhosting feature"
I know that it is a webhost NOW... but i certainly hope you still got hte point

OpenOffice is for newbies who don't know how to use Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office is for pros who need more features than the ones shown in OpenOffice

My favourites are isohunt, torrentspy and demonoid.

Nonsense. As if MS Office were difficult to use. MS Office might very well have more features, but I'd like to see a statement that everyone using MS Office really needs all these. And what about Linux/*nix users? OpenOffice is pretty much the only reasonable option then.
Besides, I refuse to pay the price for MS Office and I also refuse to pirate. So, another point for OO.

But anyway, back on topic.

I grew up with Office, but I like OO. Mostly for ideological reasons, (although there is also that thing about OO not being as bloated as Office).

what ideological reasons?
