And the others was also these links.

But they are not bothering me i just try it a few minutes later and then it worked again.

@Aztech

I get the error 2 to 3 times a day, and usually can't login for roughly
10 to 15 minutes, using this link below.
Code:
http://www.betaarchive.co.uk/forum/index.php

Yet if I Google search for the sight & click on a link to the portal
it works, then when I click the forum link I get the same error.
I noticed there was a post above who said the same thing.

I'm not sure why you thought that, I was indicating what my
stats were, clearly one can see from your screen shots that you are
running XP and Firefox.

It seems to be a recurring error but I never get it. I never log out of the forum anyway so maybe thats why? If you log out, maybe you should consider not logging out unless its a shared pc.

This is because it is deleting the cookie. Set it to cookies don't get deleted (unless there is some reason you make it delete them?)

It should only be slow at around 6am GMT when a full backup takes place, but the process is set to lowest priority so it should have no effect on performance.

For a few minutes during at times, BA wouldn't load and i get a "page not found error"
It could be the server fully loaded at times, but it's getting more frequently. Is that normal?

The server is never 100% loaded. Its likely a problem with your ISP or your ISP's routing to the server.

Im just trying to grab some stats of how well my connection and server is doing.

Hmmm. I never had a problem with the site being down for the last few hours since I knew about it. But thanks for the heads up.

This site has never been offline for me and andy, if you have problems with no-ip why dont you use the host name of your ISP just reverse DNS your IP and voilla no more trouble with dynamic ip adresses :) (if you still use no-ip ofcourse)

For me the only major downtime was Zimmy's hacking, and they have been a few small glitches,
