I'm looking for a way to have a video conference with two other people, on relatively low-band connections (better than dialup, but probably maximum 128Kbit upload speeds). It's too bad Skype won't let me do it ... anyone know of some free software that will do this? Cross-platform compatibility between Mac OS X and Windows would be very convenient, but my friend with the Mac can switch to Windows (reluctantly :P ) if he has to.

So, any thoughts?

iChat AV can handle up to four people, and it can initiate a conference with Windows AIM users.
