Alright, I hope somebody can help me.
Anywho, after doing the preliminary part of the install like creating floppies and copying files everything is going alright. Untill I reach the third dish and actually begin to set up the system it crashes to blue debug data dump screen and and the system freezes I have no idea on what to do. I will try to post pictures of the data later.

I think these NT5 problems are usually to do with the buggy ACPI in those builds - try disabling all ACPI in the bios of the machine you're installing it on.

I'm sure I read on a thread here that the NT5 betas installed best if done
so as an upgrade from an earlier NT build, might have been on another
forum though, not sure.

Yeah, tried that. From both nt4 server AND from win95, both times it said that it couldnt find the upgrade folder and had to perform a new install. Everytime there is a similar result.
