What cataloging software do you guys use? I'm looking for something that does the following:

- can scan folders and sub-folders (not just entire drives)
- generates a fingerprint (e.g. MD5 hash) for every file; i need this to check against corruption
- can save all of this data to a file so I can view the data anywhere
- can compare the catalog I made in the past with the most up-to-date catalog and check file sizes, fingerprints, etc.

For those interested, I found "EF CheckSum Manager" can do all of this. Only problem is that if it encounters a bad sector it will just sit there rather than skipping the file after a while (you can cancel, and have it scan other files, so it's not like it has crashed).
