Laptop:
Core 2 Duo T5500
2GB RAM
DVD-RW

Gateway MX6933b
160GB HD

I originalyl had an Acer, but after loads of problems (I was on the 4th laptop crashing!), including dead pixels, poor build quality, and other minor issues, I just took it back, got a refund, then found a brilliant spec for £549 at play.com

Advice for everyone: Don't get cheap Acer machines!

Tom :)

Not available as of now. "Only" 300GB SCSI/SAS drives are available with up to 15Krpm but these are tremendously expensive.

These are available with 36 (had four of these), 74 or 150 GB, not 250 GB.
