Here are some pictures from the LAN party I went to yesterday. It was mental :D

Downstairs:

People:-
Left: Danny
Middle: Dave (back), Ben (front)
Right: Ben (back), Dave (front).

Lots of duplicate names, very confusing!

Notice the first Ben holding Mountain Dew and a bottle of scotch? Also notice there are two bottles? He only had one but the montage made it go into both :D :D :D

In the Loft:

I was in the loft in the middle where you can see my pizza box and chips box on top of my laptop

It was a fun night though but we left at 5am this morning and went back to my mates house to sleep. At 2pm my mate dropped off the pc's :)

Well I've never been to one, so I don't know whether I'd like them or not :P

Well, since they're mostly about (network) gaming and I'm not a gamer (I very rarely game, and if I do, only the old games from the beginning of the 90s), I guess I'd be misplaced on a LAN party :)

Looks pretty cool.

I'm not into Lan partys, the only real ones I classify as ones I have been to, are the ones when I Co-Teach a class of 30-40 people of mixed ages on how to use Digital Equipment.

It turns into a real party when I'm hung over, and the older aged students ask me each and everyday how to log into the systems, even thow there are graphic instructions with the standard student login details pinned to the wall....

The only preplanned LAN party I've been to was a very long time ago. We played Delta Force 1.

Well this one was organised for weeks, and about 30 possible people can turn up out of 10 places. My mate has a website where he gets people to book their place and they can choose where to sit too.

Here is a snapshot. I won't post the link because he might not want it posted.

EDIT: He said I can post the link: www.skillsofinfinity.co.uk/LAN :)
