To start, right click on your taskbar and go to the Toolbars section.

Add a new toolbar, and browse to your \Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ directory and select the Quick Launch folder.

After it is placed, right click it and uncheck both "Show Text" and "Show Title".

Place it to the left of your SuperBar.

Lock the taskbar.

Unless you're like me who doesn't like it when a pinned app becomes the open one, and you have to do an extra two clicks to relaunch.

Hah, microsoft just tried to play a fast one on me. Auto-checking "Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro" are we?

Middle mouse click or shift click on an open program to launch a second instance.
