Also, If you read the notices on the bottom, It doesn't work on SP2. (at least someone reported that)

or.....you could just use Windowblinds and SkinStudio and make your own custom skin for the entire explorer and shell

Of course you could, but what would be the fun in that? :P Plus some people, myself included, tend to shy away from third party theme programs like WindowBlinds or Style XP. I'm not saying that they use alot of resources, becuase they don't. I guess it's like trying to see how much you can get away with within the OS without resorting to an app to do it all for you.

It does work on SP2 because I got it working fine on it.

In Windows 95 or something it was a simple BMP. I am sure in XP it's in a DLL somewhere.

explorer.exe, its a bmp as well
