Torrents already exist for both. I'm downloading x64 now. Full file name is 7106.0.090408-1623_x64fre_client_zh-cn_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULXFRER_CN_DVD.iso.torrent.

I saw the full name of the cd image and the build is in Chinese not English. seems a little suspicious...

And why does the full name say 16:23 and the image says 18:32?

I found torrents for both here.

Both have any seeds at the moment, but they did come with this screenshot:

They do have chinese builds, MS just don't release them and russians won't either.
File modified doesn't have to be the same as the build time.

I don't think you could compile every file at the exact same time as every other file... It probably takes a few hours to compile and it sets the time in each file as it goes along, the first file being 16:23?

I've extracted files from the x64 version...and they all say 7106 in the file properties...including boot.wim. Unless someone went to very extreme measures to fake this...it looks real.

Check the dates on Vista's DVD also.
They don't align.

Check if the DIGITAL SIGNATURE is correct, it should have the same date and just a few minutes/hour's earlier (if intact it is valid is legal).

So where are these torrents and why do they get removed from TPB so quickly?

No seeds and too many leechers generally gets them removed fairly quickly.

already proved FAKE

the signature is off..

plus there ISENT any 71xx builds built ..
proof is MS has jumped large build numbers yet with 7..
thay have been chugging along nice and steady..
plus the build date is a little strange..

plus MS wouldn't start on RTM till the RC phase is over..

bc if they did then well all there beta and RC phases would be useless..

the only way to prove a 71xx build is for one t actually leak or be issued by MS

i can give the link to proof this build is fake..
but im not sure on the linking to other forums policy..

We don't mind linking when its for proof, but consistently linking to news topics on other forums you could have got from a proper news site we don't like.

Are there any English MUI packs that can be applied to builds like this? Mine still hasn't finished downloading, so I haven't had an opportunity to poke around with it yet, but it's just a thought.

There was some confusion earlier about it being 'fake' because the certificates generate a 'Could not be verified' error. This caused some people to think that this was because the certificate was invalid. This is because it was signed by a certificate stored on an internal MS Certificate Server, and therefore the certificate could not be verified by Windows, since it could not access the server.

This isn't the first time they've jumped builds - they also jumped between M3 and Beta 1. My understanding is they do this once the next milestone enters escrow. For example, they previously decided that Beta 1 will be build 7000. Therefore, back in the late 69xx builds, they branched development. There was now Beta 1 escrow being compiled - basically no more feature changes, just fixing stability until it passes escrow. Once it passed escrow the build would be recompiled with build number 7000 and voila, MS now has Beta 1. However, MS also continued on with development simultaneously compiling post-beta1 builds, adding additional features and more major changes.

Now, jump ahead to the approaching RC1 milestone, and the same thing has happened. Starting at 7077, MS Branched winmain and reserved 7077-7100 for RC1 and started a new branch at 7105, the RTM branch. The same thing will happen now, MS will continue to fix minor bugs until they have a releasable RC1. Once they have one that passes escrow, it gets relabeled 7100 and voila, MS now has RC1.

This is at least my understanding of it...i'm sure someone more knowledgeable will correct me if I am incorrect in anything i've said. Hope this helps your understanding :)
