if you even bother to google, this comes from that chinese site who might just have released it, seems if they came up with a filesize and a md5 that is consistent then it just might not be fake, next time google

The beta NGs are buzzing with the news of a build being released to testers independent of the connect program so there's a chance it's real.

Yeah, I don't me to sound like an a-hole or anything. But I googled that MD5 like 12hrs ago when I saw the article on mydigitallife and when I saw that the only results were the mydigitallife page and bbs.pcbeta.com (that chinese site) I instantly threw it out as fake.

Pretty much 99.99% of everything that's ever gone up on Connect got onto to torrent networks within hours of it's release.

Um, no they aren't, there is one topic about it, and even then, its only about the screenshots that were leaked.

There should be a rule saying "Don't post about non-existant releases and leaks" :p

Hate to upset all those people calling fake, but looks to be the genuine deal. Just downloaded this to my server, and it's the genuine thing.

Will put on the FTP shortly.

You know I love you Shane but, given the above post (but one), HA.

As for the above post, if you don't have permission to access the FTP servers, no one is going to tell you the details :P

EDIT: Oops, "can't access file", what's going on?

It's /Windows/Betas/Windows 7/7000.0.081212-1400_client_en-us_Ultimate-GB1CULFRE_EN_DVD.iso on the M1 FTP. I can't access it though :?
EDIT: Never mind, I thought it was done, but it's not.
