After a long wait Microsoft has released Windows Live Essentials Release Candidate with updated versions of Windows Live Messenger 9, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker, Toolbar, Mail, and Silverlight. This includes Jumplist intergration with Windows 7 and many UI improvements and bug fixes.

in Windows 7,the WLM have bug,that can't put the WLM to the traybar.....really serious.

woo, this now works with Win Server 2008 (just tested it), no more downloading (or extracting) seperate components then :)

You can do that if you run WLM in compatibility mode. I tested and it works.

I really do think that Messenger is no longer supposed to go in the Tray, if you look at the taskbar icon, it has taken over all the functionality of the old tray icon.

yes, but I don't like to have an extra item in the taskbar that does nothing. (if you put the taskbar in the old look)
