No, I don't think we do.

However, after further review of the screenshots and the old M1 screenshots I can say that this is most likely a fake:
The Feedback button on the desktop is missing the Icon and just has a generic WPF app one,
The Sidebar is the Vista sidebar not the Windows 7 one that had the buttons and black background removed
The search box isn't resizable like it was in the M1 build
And finally, the control panel uses the same width side panel as in SP1 instead of the narrow one that it was changed to (in order to give more room to the icons) in M1.

Ben knows. It's up to him whether he discloses how he knows, but I trust him on that sort of thing. Whilst I wouldn't recommend you take his word without thinking for it (I wouldn't recommend doing that in any case), he's generally trustworthy.

But yeh, all those points you raise are valid, and I'd say this is a fake, and at best, a customised Vista.

What are you talking about? There isn't a single mention of Vista SE anywhere, and if you have been reading the Official E7 blog you would know that Win7 is the next Version of Windows not some mythical Vista SE.
May I ask what new features it will bring? Will it have any structual changes? Will it do anything different? AND how does any of this merit a new version?

in my opinion, M2 isnt really a fake, if my memory serves correct, when I tested Longhorn in its M1 and M2 stages (sorry I cant leak it, I dont have any ISO's), it did not look any different, until M3, wait till M3

The post has now been removed from dotNETwizard, I guess it was fake after all.

After looking around on your site, and on various other forum's, I can say I have no problem taking your word for it, you seem like a pretty trustworthy guy.
Sorry I got so snappy with you before, I just assumed you were jumping on the "me two" bandwagon.

At this stage it's hard to call fake or genuine, maybe holding off judgement until some new features are seen is the best option? Given the tenacity of some people modding windows it's not unthinkable that someone's changed the look of vista to look like it could be seven. Until some new features are shown/demoed the safest bet is to assume fake unless proven otherwise.

The fact it's missing a whole host of changes present in 6519 pretty much confirms it's fake.

Yeah, I called fake as soon as I saw it too. Just trying to be diplomatic.
