The following localised versions of EBS RC1 are now available, don't seem to be on Connect yet but should soon, or you can order one version to be shipped to you as a DVD set:

Windows Essential Business Server is about to release to MS Connect four non-English languages of RC1 for testing in German, Italian, Chinese (PRC) and Japanese.
The time frame is short on this one. We will only have about 3 weeks for feedback. So, please let us know if you intend to participate and whether or not you need us to ship you media. We will only be shipping media to those who ask for us to ship within the next 2 weeks. Please take this survey if you intend to test the localized release:

Our expectations are high for our International testing. Presumably as they say they only have around three weeks to test these, EBS will be going gold in the next couple of months

English was out a while ago. They tend to release the 'localised' betas later, which contain other common languages.

Well is there a download link for the english version? and a link for the localised betas? as the link provided in the email on this thread, doesn't work. Dont think its ment to work as I'm not part of the beta, so if possible a link to be in the beta?

There are some public builds here - the Localised RC1 builds aren't there yet but there is English RC1.
