no, it includes all languages. I'm running it on a shrinked german Vista Sp1

Ahhhhh, Raiker, U need to have Service Pack 1 installed. Works only with SP1. Markus :)

yeah Markus is right, it needs Sp1 before you're able to install it

well the beta expires 8/31 so probably will be released in q3 or q4 this year.
