Archived ESD files

Post by mrpijey »

This is a list of all the ESD files I have currently archived offline. I thought it would be good to keep a record of them all in case a member has any ESDs we lack that we can add to the archive.

Requests are not permitted at this time. I have today neither the space or time to put these online for members. In the future the archive will be available for everyone to access.

Here is a list of all the sets that are archived, including files and total size. Sizes include 5% recovery archive data.
  • 6.3.9600.17031.winblue_gdr.140221-1952 (303 files, 716GB)
  • 6.3.9600.17238.winblue_gdr.140723-2018 (324 files, 772GB)
  • 6.3.9600.17415.winblue_r4.141028-1500 (350 files, 870GB)
  • 10.0.10240.16384.th1.150709-1700 (456 files, 1106GB)
  • 10.0.10240.16463.th1.150819-1946 (400 files, 1016GB)
  • 10.0.10525.0.th2_release.150812-1658 (8 files, 20GB)
  • 10.0.10532.0.th2_release.150822-1406 (8 files, 20GB)
  • 10.0.10586.0.th2_release.151029-1700 (1062 files, 2517GB)
If you want a full list of each build in the archive you can find it here.

You may notice that some ESD filenames don't match the folder they are in. This is a result of the notorious version naming Microsoft employs which means entire series of ESD files are mislabeled, as the identified build can be a completely different one than what MS labeled it as. For example, the ESD files named 9600.17050.* are actually 9600.17031. Same goes with the 9600.17053 ESDs that are actually build 9600.17238. A round of applause to Microsoft folks...

How are they thousands of GB's?

Do the math. Each ESD is around 2-4GB in size, so if you got 400 files in one it's a total between 800GB to 1600GB...

Definitely some relief there! I'm afraid we will go under our 20TB milestone but still these were bulky and annoying, I realized. I know 10047 has no known key, but in the event one is found, the ISO will go straight up back. Makes sense.
Thanks for clearing up space mrpijey! :)

I didn't clear up any space, these ESDs has been collected outside the archive. These ESDs were never on the FTP to begin with.

If you got any other ESDs then please do, and I'll add them to the archive.

Ok, I have updated last post with more ESD files.
Must be OK if we create a list of missing ESD sorted by Builds.

Unfortunately all these Baidu links are useless to me as I get on a good day about 5-10KB/s speed from them, and constant disconnections. So I have stopped trying to download from those.

I used to have the same problem as well mrpijey. I solved the problem by using a download manager add on called "DTA Manager" for Firefox and Chrome.

"In Case You Missed"
Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn't for Intel's absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?

I didn't miss any of the links, but I can't download from userscloud or multiup as I get a connection limit all the time.
