Sounds like something stupid to compete with WinRAR. Still, im gonna download and add to the collection!

looks the same but can now open and extract rar files (and some other format) and compress wav files even greater now

Seconded.
I have never noticed a difference between various WinZip version and like some people say, to me it seems still the same, only with the version number changed.
And I surely would never pay for something like WinZip, there's 7Zip out and it's a lot better.

Yes, I agree. There are many free and better alternatives to WinZip. 7zip fpr example or FilZip.

I aggree too. I would rather give my money to WinRAR or get a free alternative like 7zip.
