Forum rules

Please read the following rules before posting a download request in this area:

1. Don't post a request if you have under 10 posts as stated on the front page. If you do anyway, it will be deleted without further notice. This also applies to other members: If you see a request by someone with less than 10 posts and it hasn't been deleted yet, please don't reply to it.
2. Don't request for warez or any copyrighted software. Only betas (no matter how old or new) and finals of operating systems and applications that are at least 10 years old and therefore classified as abandonware are allowed to be uploaded to and shared on the BetaArchive FTP server.
3. If you have your own FTP server where you'd like other members to upload what you're looking for to, please don't post its login details in any open forum as that will probably lead to abuse. Post the login details in the Private Servers section instead.
4. Check that we don't already have the file on our FTP servers. If you don't have access to the FTP servers then ask someone who has (a moderator for example).

5219's not actually an especially good build in my opinion (I seem to remember installing it quite late one day, expecting it to take a couple of hours or so, and I ended up having to leave it all night it was just so slow to install! (in VMware)), though it might be an interesting to try for seeing the progression to Vista if you didn't get it at the time. Just be prepared for a looooong installation!

Try these (@Andy: If that's not allowed then please remove that immediately):

Code:
TCP8W - T8PQJ - WWRRH - QH76C - 99FBW
Q8WDJ - TR4KJ - X8WHM - GVGV3 - H74C3

Yep, adding it to my collection right now. 5712 is there, too.

5712 is uninteressting for me. I have 5728 and 5744, but I don't have a 52xx Build.

Well, if you mean... I want my collection(s) to be as complete as possible, and thus, I want every single build that leaked. And I don't have any 52xx builds either, but I also failed to find 5712, so I am glad it's there. I also have 5728 and 5744 (and 5757 server), but that's not everything...

I don't want every Build. But I want to take a look at a 52xx Build to see wht has changed from Beta1 and what MS changed till Beta2, that is interesting :)

How many builds of Longhorn/Vista do you currently have then? How do you have space to store that many builds?! I only have 3683, 3718, 4008, 4015, 4051, 4053, 4074, 5048, 5219, Beta 2, RC 1 (those 2 in the official MS boxes as I decided it was worth getting the DVD sets for my collection), and 6000 (AiO DVD). I deleted the other 2 CPP builds after I'd finished testing them.

Yeah, I understand your point :) As the "beta X" versions are usually the "milestones", it's interesting to see what's been done inbetween. It's the same with Whistler, there were huge differences between Beta 1 and Beta 2, and the builds between them were way more interesting because you could see what way MS was on :) But in my eyes, that's one important thing, and the other one is: "Get every build you can get your hands on! :)"

I got two external HDs (one 250GB, one 80GB) where I store them. And I'm going to buy another external HD with 400 or 500GB soon. I also occasionally burn them to CDs/DVDs. I store the CDs in special CD bags (don't know how to properly call them in English) that can hold up to 50 or 100 CDs a piece.

I currently have the following Longhorn/Vista builds:
Client: 3683, 3706, 3718, 4008, 4011, 4015, 4029, 4033, 4051, 4053, 4074 (32bit/64bit), 4083 (64bit), 5048, 5112, 5231, 5384, 5456, 5472, 5536, 5552, 5600, 5712, 5728, 5744, 5840, 6000.
Server: 4028, 5112, 5219, 5384, 5600, 5728, 5744, 5757, 6001 (32bit/64bit).
You see, there are still some missing and I am looking to get this completed.

I am especially looking for Whistler builds because these are my favourites and I am missing quite a few, I guess, particularly the server builds...

Here's some info on the size of my collection (don't wonder about the date the folder was created, my collection has been existing since 1999/2000 or so, starting with NT5/Win2k builds, but in Dec 2005 I upgraded my external HD and copied all that stuff over).
