So is there a way to make a Brazilian Windows XP Home into English? Could you please give me the download link to the English MUI? I think I can change a few things in the I386 folder on XP Home's CD to make the MUI work.

MUI products are available only through volume agreements from Microsoft. They are not available through retail channels. However, some OEMs distribute the product.
That'd be warez. I'm not giving you mine either.

XP Home Edition cant use MUI, it doesnt have the extensions XP Pro has.

Just download a english version and install it, transfer settings and applications (if you integrated them into your original XP installation you should have them lying around).
