your iso is only overdumped (non iso byte padded) file size 605.606.172 Bytes
here are the valid dumped iso image data (Volume has 295661 blocks of 2048 bytes each) = 605.513.728 Bytes

;Windows NT 4.0 Workstation (SP1 40bit Encryption) - English
;Version : FPP Pid = "50036"
;CD-Label : NTWKS40A
;AppName : CDIMAGE 2.27 (07/24/96 TM)
;Signature: yes
;AutoCRC : 0x9F667C8F (valid)

;CRC32 : FFFFFFFF
;MD5 : ad2b8b49196fa289cbe68ff6f552221e
;SHA1 : A3A8528C34FA8120CA6945320051052744A1C121
;
A3A8528C34FA8120CA6945320051052744A1C121 *en_winnt_4.0_wks_sp1_040bit_FPP_19961014.iso
This is already on FTP (more than once) - all releases include exact the same iso image

eg
/(Misc) Compilations/PC
/Microsoft MSDN (Green)/2001-01 - 0421.0 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation\*.*
/Microsoft MSDN Development Platform/1997-01 - 04 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation/*.*
/Microsoft MSDN Platform Archive/2000-01 - 02 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation/*.*

No, your mistake is, you compare apples with pears

let me explain:
- the valid size of a ISO 9660 image is defined by Ecma-119 (8.4 Primary Volume Descriptor )
- each Primary Volume Descriptor include 2 DWORD wich discribe the valid size of the iso
8.4.12 Logical Block Size (BP 129 to 132)
and
8.4.8 Volume Space Size (BP 81 to 88)

- Logical Block Size is typicaliy 2048 (bytes)
- Volume Space Size is the number of Logical Blocks in which the Volume Space of the volume is recorded (AKA sectors)
Logical Block Size * Volume Space Size = valid size of the ISO Image !!!!

as i already mentioned
here are the valid dumped iso image data (Volume has 295661 blocks of 2048 bytes each) = 605.513.728 Bytes
A3A8528C34FA8120CA6945320051052744A1C121 *en_winnt_4.0_wks_sp1_040bit_FPP_19961014.iso

you must be cut of all bytes behind 605.513.728 bytes to get a valid ISO 9660 !!!

similar all iso on BA are riped overdumped -> this is a general Mistake on BA and the whole WWW

how this overdump happen during Rip:
short answer:
similar all APP's
- rip the lead-in <- this is part of ISO 9660 image
- rip the data block <- this is part of ISO 9660 image
- and rip the lead-out (only in case no UDF Header present) <- this is NOT part of ISO 9660 image

-> result the riped (or converted) iso is only a file with the .iso extension but NOT a valid ISO 9660 image

In the Middle Ages all people believed, the earth is a slice. The few things knew were burned as heretic
So please no discussion or try to condemn me as heretic

/(Misc) Compilations/PC
/Microsoft MSDN (Green)/2001-01 - 0421.0 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation\*.*
/Microsoft MSDN Development Platform/1997-01 - 04 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation/*.*
/Microsoft MSDN Platform Archive/2000-01 - 02 - Windows NT 4.0 Workstation/*.*

are all overdumped !!
cut them of at 605.513.728 bytes and you get always a valid ISO 9660 image SHA1: A3A8528C34FA8120CA6945320051052744A1C121

Notice
file.iso <> ISO_9660.iso
make Always sure that your ISO also has the right size (is a valid ISO 9660 image), before you create and compare Hashes
