Forum rules

Please read the following rules before posting a download request in this area:

1. Don't post a request if you have under 10 posts as stated on the front page. If you do anyway, it will be deleted without further notice. This also applies to other members: If you see a request by someone with less than 10 posts and it hasn't been deleted yet, please don't reply to it.
2. Don't request for warez or any copyrighted software. Only betas (no matter how old or new) and finals of operating systems and applications that are at least 10 years old and therefore classified as abandonware are allowed to be uploaded to and shared on the BetaArchive FTP server.
3. If you have your own FTP server where you'd like other members to upload what you're looking for to, please don't post its login details in any open forum as that will probably lead to abuse. Post the login details in the Private Servers section instead.
4. Check that we don't already have the file on our FTP servers. If you don't have access to the FTP servers then ask someone who has (a moderator for example).

Hello,

does anybody have the "Debug" or "Checked Build" versions of Windows NT/...? Preferably 2000, XP and/or 2003. I only have the checked builds of NT 3.51 and 4.0. If someone has these and kindly uploads them, it'd be great.

A quick check on my current list says I have these below{all genuine},
I'm sure the genuine 2 in 1 2000 server disks also have
CH/Debug versions on them as well, i'd have to confirm that though..

I can't see me uploading all of these though on an upload speed limit
of 14.7 kilobytes / sec , plus I think andy would soon run out of room..

What build in particular takes your fancy, I'll upload one over the
weekend during the nights whilst asleep...

Code:
 NT 5.0 Workstation Beta2 X86 Build 1877 Checked/Debug
 NT 5.0 Workstation Beta2 Alpha Build 1877 Checked/Debug
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro Checked/Debug Beta3 x86 -Build 2000.
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro Checked/Debug Beta3 Alpha -Build 2000
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro Beta 3 Build 2031 Alpha Checked/Debug
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro Beta 3 Build 2031 X86 Checked/Debug.
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro RC1 x86 - Build2072    Checked/Debug.
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro RC1 Alpha - Build2072    Checked/Debug.
 NT 5.0 Win 2000 Pro RC2 x86 Build 2128   Checked/Debug.

Windows 2000 Pro final Checked Debug
Windows 2000 Pro final Checked Debug / SP2
 Windows 2000 Pro Checked Debug / SP3

 2296 Professional, Checked Debug
 2462 Pro checked, debug
 2505 Pro, Checked Debug

 XP Pro Build 2600 - CH/Debug

 3541 Advanced Server CH/Debug
3590 Net Enterprise Server, Checked Debug
3604.1 NET Web Server, Checked Debug
3663 Net Ent Server, RC1 Checked Debug
 3790 Enterprise Edition, Ch / Deb, X64 With Sp1

I 've also noticed you mention downloading from OSBA a couple of
years ago, what username did you go by on OSBA if you don't mind
me asking, I like to know who i'm dealing with... :)

That is just amazing! I suppose if you showed me your entire list of Windows OSes and betas, I'd freak out...

The builds interesting me in particular would be (1) Win2k #2195 and (2) XP #2600 (I know, these are not betas, but anyway). . If I had to select one, it'd be Win2k.

My username on OSBA was, if I remember correctly, oscollector or something like that. I was not very active there, though, unfortunately.

Thanks in advance, KenOath!

I'm sure you would, & then say just as my missus always says,
"Do you really need that many"

I'll up a 2000 build over the weekend, you'll have to PM me the servers
upload details though as I don't know them...

No, I surely wouldn't say that :) Why? Because I've been hearing that sentence from my parents again and again (also concerning betas and OSes in general).

I'll up this one this weekend - This one next weekend..

EDIT::

I just imaged this genuine CD of 2000 Ch/Debug , then opened it with
iso buster & found it not to be bootable , plus there's no bootdisk folder
so looks like it's either meant to be an upgrade , or installed from
dos via a bootdisk with cd-rom support...
Did you want me to attempt to make it bootable, or just leave it as an
original iso.?

Moderator Edit: Please use English. Sentences like that are extremely difficult to read and understand, especially for people that don't have English as mother tongue.

Thanks, KenOath! As for the W2K/SP3: I think I can get the SPs for Checked W2K/XP from the MS website, (minus all the other stuff that comes on the CD of course), so you don't have to upload the SP3 CD if you don't want to. :)

I personally don't need them as I already have them (from MSDN CDs), but if anyone else has interest, feel free to upload :)
