I think the very long list has a lot of unleaked betas on it - this is most definitely unleaked

I don`t think anyone outside MS has the file you requested

NT 3.51 is on the AbyssUnderground server 2
My gaming machine: AST Advantage 6066d. Cyrix 66MHz 486DX. 4MB RAM. 512KB Cirrus Logic onboard graphics. Creativa Vibra 16 ISA. 520MB HDD, 3.5" FDD, 40x CD-ROM. MS-DOS 6.22/Windows 3.1

Yeah, i think Windows 0.99 wasn't leaked.
BTW: is it the same that Interface Manager?

There were two known builds of Windows pre-1.0:

The one which identified itself as "Interface Manager"
The Windows demo shown in 1983

I don't know which came first.

I'm pretty sure nobody IN microsoft has that file. I contacted them a while ago about some old stuff and they said that they don't keep source code or binaries around forever.

NT 3.51 Build 1057 is Retail. It's on the server.

In case you were wondering what the Interface Manager looked like. I personally like the "Alpha" "Beta" menu choices at the top of the "Sample Application" in picture 2.
Since January 2005, I've been in the Operating Systems Prototype Community. I've enjoyed learning more these past four years about the development of the Windows and Macintosh operating systems, as well as learning of new user-based projects that optimize system performance.
