Forum rules

Please read the following rules before posting a download request in this area:

1. Don't post a request if you have under 10 posts as stated on the front page. If you do anyway, it will be deleted without further notice. This also applies to other members: If you see a request by someone with less than 10 posts and it hasn't been deleted yet, please don't reply to it.
2. Don't request for warez or any copyrighted software. Only betas (no matter how old or new) and finals of operating systems and applications that are at least 10 years old and therefore classified as abandonware are allowed to be uploaded to and shared on the BetaArchive FTP server.
3. If you have your own FTP server where you'd like other members to upload what you're looking for to, please don't post its login details in any open forum as that will probably lead to abuse. Post the login details in the Private Servers section instead.
4. Check that we don't already have the file on our FTP servers. If you don't have access to the FTP servers then ask someone who has (a moderator for example).

Hi, people. Just wondering if anyone has an ISO of Office 4.3? I've got the floppy version, but it won't work at all when I try to install it (it said something about not being able to load from the 'DISK*' folder, but it refused to work, even when I put the files from each disk into its own, appropriately names folder, which I'm sure the thing was asking for.

Also, are there any versions of Access, versions 2.0 (and, if possible, earlier) that I could download? I'm trying to set up a Windows 3.1 machine with a set of office applications (I've got Paradox, but I never took the time to learn it - but we were tought Access at school.

Thanks. Keech.

There's a copy of Office 4 here, but I don't know if it's split into floppy images or if it's all in one folder like it would be on a CD. It looks like it might be 4.0 though, not 4.3 - is there much difference, or is the update to 4.3 like a service pack? One of the FTPs in the FTP section used to have it too, possibly 4.3 I think, but was saying "password incorrect" when I just tried it.

I have MS Access 2.0 on original media, but only in Polish language.

I think it's close to abandonware, so you can try it: http://www.badongo.com/file/3071658

while were on the topic of Office 4.x, does anyone have Office 4.2? (32-bit, also called Office for Windows NT sometimes) I used to, but I tried my CD recently and it is in an un-recoverable state.

I have it, and will look for the CD this weekend (it's probably in a box in my garage, which gets very hot [+120*F] during the summer, so it may not be in a usable state)...

Thanks. I've tried the Access disks, but I'd rather use the English version. I think Dad might have a copy at work thst he could let me use. Thanks again.
