You can do as you wish with files you download since its your risk and the files don't physically belong to us. What you're not allowed to do is give out the ftp login details for the BA server.

Some yes, some no. Microsoft beta's no, but open source stuff is fine. We have MS betas but we keep them to a select group of people and we take the access restriction seriously, which is probably why MS have not bothered us yet.

Microsoft gives the BETAs away for free, and the only stuff I've ever had to sign an NDA for is for Windows Embedded, which they can't enforce since I'm under 18. :D

Yeah well if it came down to that, they can sue your parents, because you signed it.

To tell the truth, I'm inclined to say "What FTP server?" but that's what the Advanced Member group is for, I guess. Oh well, I didn't know this site had an FTP in the first place, anyway :P

I don't think you should leak it anyway. Unless you live in some country that support piracy... like Russia.... China.... Iran :P I won't do it cause I don't got the money to be sued.... Maybe I should hide it in my computer....

This was a pointless bump. If you had read the rules, you would've seen that bumping topics with useless comments isn't allowed.
