It's really not that difficult...
A download is an ISO file that has been downloaded from the internet. That's why it is called "download", because it has been "downloaded" from some site like microsoft.com or other.
The other (without the "download" text) contains ISO files that were created from a physical disc. Those shiny round 12cm things that you can put into your CD/DVD drive (if your computer still has one). An actual physical item.
