The FTP is currently experiencing speed issues, connections seems to be made but speeds are extremely slow. It will be investigated later this day.

Speeds back up to 300 k/s for me, which is the best I've gotten to date. Thanks for fixing this!

I was having the speed issues yesterday, in fact. Was able to connect somewhat, but the connection speed was too slow to pull an index so the connection times out. Seems to be functioning normally now.
