A Volume 5 Special Edition CD was shipped separately several weeks later in
a simple thin plastic jacket; it is IBM part number P83G9755. The Special
Edition CD contains the OS/2 Warp final release, including the Warp Toolkit.
It is effectively a replacement of the Developer Connection Volume 5 CD 1.
