It's here at last, Windows 3.1 for FM-Towns! (in MESS CHD format, and in bin/cue - why bin/cue? audio tracks.)

This version of Windows 3.1 is from January 16th, 1994 - to put things into perspective, Chicago 81 was compiled two days before.

The USER.EXE of this build shows it to be version 3.10.0.153, but other files have the version number 3.10.0.160.

Also, it has references to files of Windows 3.0 MME for FM-Towns, which is further proof of its existance.

Put the nvram file in your mess\nvram\fmtowns* dirs otherwise himem will error out and you won't be able to run windows
(This is also true if you want to run Windows 95 for FM-Towns in MESS)

Apparently you have to run this in Standard Mode (win /s) - this is still true with the latest SVN of MESS, if you try to run it
in 386 Enhanced mode it'll error out, something to do with user.exe.

Yes, QuickTime version 1.1.1 is actually installed with Windows (how ironic ;)
