Windows XP RC1 [French for my case] imperfections

Hello,

I took the RC1 from the MSDN Green compilation (thanks to that massive upload, and found the RC1 intriguing), and I wasn't surprised.

OOBE : still contains Windows Whistler images (yes i know that this beta branch is also named Whistler, but we are talking about the XP part, right ?)

MS XP Tour : in English, for some persons who only speaks French and wanted to know how XP works, it was kinda frustrating.

Some parts of the texts are "cutted off" : for example for the XP Tour you can see : "Go see the Guided Tour" in a part of a sentence, but in the French Edition it was cutted off "Visite gui"

All of the rest is XP-like as we can say, and hasn't changed on RTM.


++ = I installed it on VMWare Workstation 11, and used the Hounsell pack 6.5 (tools are not supported in RC1 : Couldn't update Windows Installer.)

I don't mean to be a hog here or anything, but what MSDN disc was it that contains this language edition of Build 2505 (the one shown here)?

This one is the SDK number 959 if i'm not mistaken. (MSDN Green)
