Windows NT 4.0 Build 1130 Mouclass.dll "corrupt"

Post by imback »

When installing Nt 4 Build 1130 I came across this error:

Code: Select all

STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}
The Image \SystemRoot\Sytem32\Drivers\Mouclass.sys is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.
I'm running Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1 On a Windows 7 SP1 X86 Host. Is there a solution to this "corrupt" file?

Yes. Even doing that will still "corrupt" the file.

Sorry to hijack this slightly, but how did you manage to get VirtualPC 2007 SP1 working on Windows 7 SP1? It gives me an installer error and I have downloaded it from my servers and home several times to make sure the setup wasn't corrupt. Similarly I was going to try Chicago beta and NT 3.x beta in VirtualPC but can't get it installed.
