[HELP] Extract InstallShield 11.5 Single EXE files

I was trying to extract an IS 11.5 Single Exe file. I tried Universal Extractor, isxunpack, i6comp and 7-zip, but won't do the work. Is there a better way to properly extract the files from the Single EXE other than opening the installer? I'm doing this because I have .NET 2.0 installed and it throws error 1603 blocking the extraction from continuing.

Install in a VM, then copy the unpacked/installed files over. This is probably the easiest way and it works with all installers. Remember to take a snapshot of your VM before so that you can go back to the "uninstalled" state with a single mouse click instead of having to manually uninstall the game/program/whatever again afterwards
