Said ROMs would indeed be nice to have.
Also the ROMs from the Tandy/Memorex VIS, for Modular Windows/Haiku.

I'd be interested in whether MS-DOS 3.22 could be pried out of the 95LX.

Re: Somebody have a ROMS from HP 200LX palmtop?
I have a 200LX and a 100LX (and an Omnigo 100). I'll have to have another go at working out how the ROM is organised at some point...
Oh, and working out why the A-DATA PCMCIA floppy disk drives that shipped with Toshiba Librettos have HP-LX drivers embedded in them, despite the palmtop's AA batteries not providing anywhere near enough power to run such a drive...
EDIT: I've powered up my 200LX and dumped the 64kb of ROM that sits at 0xF000:000 (any ideas where to host?). This is not the complete ROM (which is said to be around 1MB in size), it appears that the code uses some services in interrupt 63h to map different parts of the ROM into the 80186's 1MB address space (Ralf Brown's interrupt list confirms this), so figuring out how they work should allow dumping of the complete ROM. There's also some use of interrupt 7Fh for a purpose which is not documented by Ralf.
