MacInTalk characters! Who do you remember (or miss)?

Does anyone remember the MacInTalk/speech characters on the classic Mac OS? I saw a thread on the Office Assistants over in Applications, remembered Max (the Macintosh bot with feet)... and well, just couldn't resist starting this thread over here in Mac land after mentioning him.

I'll start by mentioning I remember Connie appear in her little white box on the bottom of the screen every time Mac OS 9 started up, saying in Victoria's voice: "Speakable Items is starting up... speakable items is ready." Then the speech bubble came along in X, and the lovable cast of characters went away... and to all of them, I say: have a great time in the big Bit Bucket in the sky, guys.

Who do you remember summoning on your Mac... or who do you miss?

Cool! I didn't realize MacOS had what is essentially MSAgent, long before Microsoft did...
