Windows 2000 Pro setup issues.

Hello all,
I'm trying to reinstall 2000 on an old PC from a CD, and every single time I get this message:

Line 2152559161 of dmreg.inf is corrupted. Setup cannot continue.

Anyway to fix this?

That's kind of vague... so that's really all that can be offered back...have you considered that there may be a problem with your CD or optical drive?

The simple solution is... re-burn a CD?

Might wanna check if your CD is scratched... Maybe try re-burning it on a new, scratch-free CD, & try again. If that doesn't work, then it might be a problem with your optical drive's laser. Try using a CD laser cleaner to fix it. If that doesn't work, then insert a new optical drive onto that particular PC...

Not a problem. Just make sure you use the unofficial update rollup...
