This edition of Windows 95 is designed for Epson's PC-486/PC-586 PC-98xx compatibles.
It does not contain drivers for NEC's internal PEGC graphics and graphic accelerators, so it won't fully run on NEC's PC-98 systems (without supported 3rd-party graphic accelerators) or PC-98 emulators.

At the request of the provider, Product ID on the COA is omitted.
However you should be able to install it with any Windows 95 OEM product ID and a copy of PC-98xx compatible Windows 3.1.

There's always the option to extract the PEGC drivers from a Windows 95/98 PC98 installation and put them there, also, you can use a dummy ntldr file to skip the upgrade.

Or change ProductType in setuppp.inf, CCP in setupc.inf from precopy1.cab.
