This is an offer on behalf of aLinux who is offering all these games, a mix of retail and indie games.

Battleplan: American Civil War

Any, amix of, or all of the 4 wouldn't be a bad thing to play/try out; though all of the games in the list seem interesting to me.

Starion Tactics sounds like a good game

I'm also thinking of BattlePlan: American Civil War




Basically either "Starion Tactics" or "Battleplan : American Civil War
