[REQ] Rise of Nations Update 4

Hi all. Where I can download Update 4 Patch for Rise of Nations ? I got Patch 1.03, but can't find version 1.04. Second question I have to ask if that Patch is same for expansion pack Rise Of Nations: Thrones And Patriots ? Thanks in advance for helping.

Update 4 (v1.04) was never released as a stand-alone patch. It can only be downloaded in the game by selecting update from the main menu.

This patch is same for basic and expansion pack or for expansion is diffrent patch ?

What does "Update 4" fix? I used to play this game extensively but not online, so I don't remember reading anything about this update...
