Icons:

New Safe to Remove Hardware icon.
New Icons for Sound related devices.
Couple new icons.
New regedit icon (Finally!)

Skype Features:

Messaging (Supports Dark mode)
Skype Video (Supports Dark mode)
Phone (Supports Dark mode)
Note: you can share with the new messaging app and the messaging app may grab your sms conversations from any windows phone that you own
The new Skype Apps may take a while to start working, that's normal, just wait a few minutes, if it still doesn't work, try to open the Skype Video App

Setup Features:

Revamped page for entering the product key (winpe part/legacy setup)

Misc. Features:

Find My Device Option in settings for enterprise users (broken).
Possibility to store Apps on another drive than C:
Spotlight now enabled for enterprise users (Sponsored app features is not enabled on Enterprise however)
New Windows 10 Branding in Settings\System

EDIT: apparently this option shows up only if you have a Bluetooth card, and not only on enterprise
