Hello,
I own an upgrade version of Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition in French.
As upgrade, it requires a previous installation of Windows 98, 98 SE or Me.
If you're interested, I can upload my copy to further enrich your collection.
Best regards,
Big Monstro

That looks quite interesting, with proper scans of everything it would be a nice addition.

Here are the scans of "everything"
Box
Experience paper (includes serial and CD)
QuickStartupGuide
Warranty
Other papers
I think it's enough

Some feedback:Big Monstro wrote:Here are the scans of "everything"
<snip>
-The CD is a photo, not a scan (the others look like scans, but if they aren't they won't be accepted). Also, when scanning the disc, it must be properly aligned.
-Scans MUST be AT LEAST 600dpi (yeah, it's crazy, but that's the rule and you must follow them)
-You MUST NOT edit the scans. Any necessary editing (ie. removing serials) will be done by the admin (mrpijey)
Also, you are not supposed to put the scans here.
You may want to review the following guidelines:
http://www.betaarchive.com/forum/viewto ... 39&t=11815
http://www.betaarchive.com/forum/viewto ... =2&t=29631
http://www.betaarchive.com/forum/viewto ... 39&t=32002
Once you create the MDF/MDS of the disc, and once you get the proper scans, put all of that in a .RAR (with 5% recovery) or .7Z file and upload it to the FTP (following guidelines above)

Thank you for the feedback and the tutorial links!
For the CD, I previously scanned it but the output was terrible (due to reflective surface). That's why I though a photo would be a better solution.
See you

Ok, I've got it. I understand everything must be remade... maybe some parts can be ignored (ie. 32 pages of warranty) to save time? What material should I actually scan?-Scans MUST be AT LEAST 600dpi (yeah, it's crazy, but that's the rule and you must follow them)

Just scan things that are important. The warranty... meh, it's up to you.Big Monstro wrote:Ok, I've got it. I understand everything must be remade... maybe some parts can be ignored (ie. 32 pages of warranty) to save time? What material should I actually scan?
