10125 is packed with cool stuff, like blur everywhere and new icons / sound schemes. The only real problem with it is the lags and the shell infrastructure host crashing already on first boot. So don't install it if you don't know what your are doing.

Also coming is another iso with 6 languages in one and some lps stuff. Just let me repack them (to iso because they are folder dumps) and I'll update this post.

Small request, does 10125 have new sounds or are they the same as 10074's sounds? If 10125 has new sounds, can I request a copy of them as I don't have the patience to download 3.8 GB for some sounds? Thanks in advance.

It has new sounds but they are worse than the ones in 10074/10122. I wish they'd go back to those versions

Don't worry, these are for my Windows 8 system, and I have a copy of the 10074 sounds anyway. Can I still request a copy of the sounds from a 10125 system?

As with 10074, the only sound that doesn't sound outright somber is the Messaging Notification. However, they now sound a bit more similar to each other. Also, barring a few sounds, the Windows 7 themes are still intact.

Why does everybody love Aero so much? I always thought it was ugly. Too round, too soft, too evocative of decade-old design ideas. I like the new direction.

That's not really an answer to my question. I get it, you like Aero. But WHY?

I don't adore it but i like it 300% more than flat ugly win 1.0 style they are pushing
so many revolution has been done in Graphic cards over the 2 decades
and instead to go more estetic they are dumbing it down
now people complained so they returned the very thing that drains batteries on tablets
so at the end you only can see that even THEY don't know in what direction to go

as to why I like Aero, dunno, at least win7's is somewhat refreshing
and if you change it to your liking (i'm using resources from 6801 and 69xx)
+ classic shell toolbar + changes to explorer
you can make yourself nice UI

So you like Aero, except for all the parts of it you have to mod. To be honest, I like the 8 style and what we've seen so far in the Windows 10 screenshots precisely BECAUSE it's flat. It's understated, tasteful, and simple. The era of 3D window frames and glossy taskbars is over. They look old now. Modern and sleek is the way to go, and it looks good.

I don't know, The only things that are "Aero-fied" so far are the notifications and the Start Menu, I have no idea if the window title bars will be transparent, So far they're not, Besides. I like it as it is so I wouldn't mind if the final ends up looking like it does now.
