Is anyone experiencing this problem shown on the Windows Insider page?
We know this one will be a bit painful but there is a bug with this build in which Win32 (desktop) apps won’t launch from the Start menu. The workaround is to use search to find and launch these apps and pin them to your taskbar for quick access.

No, I don't have this problem, but I think it's because I upgraded from a clean install of 10056, but it could be because of one bug present in 10049, which would not surprise me to be honest.

I actually had this bug on 10056 on my desktop, as an upgrade from 10041.

I find that my 2.4ghz gaming mouse jerks a lot on it. and apart of me modding the dam icons to windows 7 icons and works like a charm but I do find some web pages don't come up and my dam vid card win 10 hates my NVidia 220 1gig card. it even has the latest drivers for hdmi use.

On a fresh install of 10041 upgraded to 10061, yes.

To be honest, I don't see any improvements from Windows 7 to Win10. In terms of hardware performance, there is no need to upgrade at all.

I guess MS figured that out so they made it free so people will abandon their Windows 7/8.x

Yes I have this problem. I dumped b10061 x64 Pro yesterday because of it & today I tried the Enterprise flavor in Hype-V, same thing happening w/ that one too, even though on a different rig.
