Longhorn Build 5219 Troubles

I can't get network to be available on my Windows Longhorn Build 5219 virtual machine.I installed VMWare Tools 6.5.2 to get aero(which works),but how to get networking here?

Take a look at device manager. If there isn't something listed for the pcnet adapter, then install the driver off the cd with manual install.

That doesn't solve anything, I had this problem before, it only solved with a full reinstall.
