National Software Reference Library

The National Software Reference Library may have resources that facilitate the enumeration and verification of abandonware.

Verification yes. Emulation probably not so much, since they only provide SHA lists. I wonder who uses their data to do anything useful. I can't think of any "real" use-case for those hashes
I upload stuff to archive.org from time to time. See here for everything that doesn't fit BA

Sadly, they have no info about InstallShield3 or earlier. :'(
I'm your biggest fan, Windows 9x series of operating systems!

1. Log on to the BetaArchive FTP Server
2. Get InstallShield 3 from the PC Applications
3. Install it and get info about it
