MS Lan Manager 2.x

Hello. I'm trying to find some info on various versions of Microsoft Lan Manager 2.x, and, more specifically, the Microsoft OS/2 server software that came bundled with it. On the BA FTP server, one can find some Lan Manager diskette bundles, but without the corresponding OS/2 server diskettes. I was only able to find the "Microsoft OS/2 1.30.1 server", that is, in fact, bundled with Lan Manager 2.1 and, therefore, has substantial differences from the original OS/2 1.30.1 . My question is: Has anyone seen a full Lan Manager 2.x bundle (except version 2.1), that includes the OS/2 server, as real diskettes or disk images?
