Windows Whistler boot screen, Real?

Found this off a YouTube video of all the windows startup and shutdown sounds, I wonder if this is real:

This is weird because the "Beta 2 Release" text is removed.
I haven't seen this boot screen before. It's not in Whistler Server 2467, nor Whistler 2428.
Does anyone know if this boot screen is real? If so, when does it appear?

Not real. All Windows Whistler builds from 2428 to 2469 have the Beta 2 Release text at the bottom of the bootscreen while the one you posted doesn't have that text.
