I'm looking for any of the following files which have been deleted from the official Microsoft servers:
dxsdk_sum2004_extras.exe
dxsdk_oct2004_extras.exe

I could provide other directx SDKs, I have quite a big collection (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, ...), but unfortunately not these extras.
