OS/2 1.1 installation problem on PCem

I've tried to installed OS/2 1.1 AST OEM in PCem with this configuration :
AMI 386 Clone
8 MB of RAM
20 MB Hard Drive

The setup hang when format the partition , but I configured the BIOS properly . Here is the error code :

Are there any solution to solve this problem ?

Looks like something went wrong with the floppy while it was formatting. Try a different img, different emulator, or just do it again.

It's a known problem when formatting the hdd directly with OS/2 1.x' tools, just use MS-DOS 3.x or 5.x to partition and format the hdd on PCem if you really want to use OS/2 1.1.
