I found it on an old pirate scene CD, I can upload to the FTP if anyone's interested? This does not seem to be on our FTP.

Nil means 0, so it may mean "not cracked". I'll remove any cracks if i find any just in case.
Offtopic Comment
BTW, Nil is a warez group but for consoles only.
I may not guarantee this is genuine either, therefore could anyone check once I upload this?

I found this on one of my CD's named "Crazy Bytes 7 The Summer Games", a warez CD.

Nil is probably the handle of the person who cracked this, just like {{C00L}} packaged it.

Nil means 0, and it's not in all caps, so this is presumably not cracked. Please remove any cracks if you find any (i don't know how to remove cracks). I don't know if it is cracked or not.

Oh dear. I just found that this was probably cracked, please remove the crack because I have another TAC nfo and it says Cracked by N/A! Please remove the crack. The NFO looks different than any other TAC nfo i have seen, which probably explains nil:
