I found this on an FTP in Germany. I don't know whether this will be accepted on the FTP (since, it is after all, a linux distro), but since SLES is a commercial distro, I think it's fair game.
Is anyone interested in this?

Re: (OFFER) SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 RC5
I might be, as long as it's not copyrighted and pretty much no one cares if it's being posted
Who cares about anything if it's boring?

Um, all software is copyrighted... Because it's old doesn't mean the copyright ceases. However SUSE dists won't end up on the FTP unless you got original printed discs and provide MDF dumps and scans.

Re: (OFFER) SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 RC5
Does that apply to non-public pre-releases too? (Remember, SUSE betas weren't even public until 10.0 Beta 1, and even that was the first release of the openSUSE project.) As this is Release Candidate 5, I still think that this and other pre 10.0B1 prereleases are fair game.

Only if it's on original disc. Otherwise BA won't pickup any FOSS software.

Well, it looks like I'm not going to upload this. Anyway, I'm going to upload a Solaris 10 beta soon.
